Trongate, Glasgow

A topographical carte-de-visite showing a view of Trongate, one of the oldest streets in the Scottish city of Glasgow. The Tron Steeple, built in the 17th century, appears at the right-hand edge of the photograph. Further up the street, the Tolbooth Steeple can be seen in the distance.

Photographed by George Washington Wilson of Aberdeen.
