The Graham Baronetcy, of Kirkstall in Yorkshire was created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom on 3 October 1808 for James Graham, who sat as Member of Parliament for Carlisle between 1812 and 1825. The fifth Baronet was Lieutenant-Governor of Grenada from 1875 to 1877. On his death in 1895 the title became extinct.

The third holder of the title was Sir Sandford Graham, born at Kirkstall on 26 February 1821. On 4 February 1847 he married Lady Eleanor Caroline Paget, eldest daughter of the Earl of Uxbridge (later 2nd Marquess of Anglesey). Lady Graham died a few years later on 26 June 1850 and Sir Sandford never remarried. He died 2 May 1875, aged 54.
