A carte-de-visite portrait of the Belgian soprano/mezzo Pauline Lauters-Guéymard, dressed in Spanish costume. The role and the production are unidentified but given the lace mantilla and Spanish fan, she is possibly seen here as Gilda in Massé’s La Mule de Pedro (1863).
