A carte-de-visite portrait of Lady Trimleston.

Margaret Randalina Roche was the eldest daughter of Philip Roche of Donore, County Kildare, and his wife, Anna Maria Plunkett, daughter of the 13th Lord Dunsany. On 3 November 1836 she married Thomas Nicholas Barnewall, who succeeded his father as 16th Baron Trimleston in 1839. They had one daughter, Anna Maria Louise Barnewall. Their residences were 24, Park Lane, London; and Turvey House, Dublin.

Lady Trimleston died on 4 September 1872.
