Lady Rollo

Born Agnes Bruce Trotter on 26 April 1835 at Inchture inPerthshire, she was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Robert Knox Trotter and Mary Rollo. On 15 October 1857 at the British embassy in Paris she married John Rogerson Rollo, 10th Lord Rollo of Duncrub in the peerage of Scotland. Her husband was the son of William Rollo, 9th Lord Rollo of Duncrub and Elizabeth Rogerson. The couple had nine children.

In 1869 Lord Rollo was created Baron Dunning, of Dunning and Pitcairns in the County of Perth, in the Peerage of the United Kingdom. This title gave him an automatic seat in the House of Lords.

Lady Rollo died on 2 May 1906.
