Lady E. Stanhope

Identified on the album page as ‘Lady E. Stanhope’, this is possibly Elizabeth Still de Pearsall, daughter of Robert Lucas de Pearsall. On 16 February 1839 in Paris she married Charles Wyndham Stanhope, son of Rev. Hon. FitzRoy Henry Richard Stanhope. In 1866 her husband succeeded his uncle, becoming the 7th Earl of Harrington.

She died on 6 February 1912.
