Hon Olivia Gough-Calthorpe

According to Burke’s Peerage and Baronetage (1871), she was born Olivia Georgina Elizabeth Gough-Calthorpe. She appears on the 1861 census, living with her parents at 33, Grosvenor Street, London. She gave her age as 26, so she was born in 1834 or 1835, and her place of birth as Chatham, Hampshire.

She appears on the 1881 census, living with her unmarried older brother, Frederick, Lord Calthorpe, at the family seat, Elvetham House, at Elvetham in Hampshire. Her older sister, Isabel, was also present. The two women were 47 and 46 respectively, and both unmarried.

The Hon Olivia Gough-Calthorpe died, aged 53, in 1887.
