Hon Mrs Sotheron-Estcourt

Identified on the album page as ‘Hon Mrs Sotheron-Estcourt’, this is probably the wife of Rt. Hon. Thomas Henry Sutton Sotheron-Estcourt.

Born Lucy Sarah Sotheron, she was the daughter of Admiral Frank Sotheron. On 21 August 1830, she married Rt. Hon. Thomas Henry Sutton Sotheron-Estcourt, son of Thomas Grimston Bucknall Bucknall-Estcourt. She died on 1 July 1870.
