Blind musicians

A carte-de-visite portrait of two men dressed as blind street musicians, one holding a trombone and the other a guitar. The theatricality of their bad wigs suggests that this is a pair of jokers on their way to a masquerade rather than the real thing.

Photographed by Samuel Poole of Teignmouth in Devon.
