Benjamin Walker appears on the 1861 census, aged 42, living at 4 James Street in Harrogate. He described himself as a 'Printer, Engraver [and] Photographer.'
In 1871 he was a 'Printer & Stationer' and in 1881 a 'Bookseller & Stationer.'
He died in Harrogate on 19 December 1908, leaving an estate valued at £4184.
